Domestic Shipping

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹500/-.
• For prepaid orders below ₹500/-, a flat shipping charge of ₹100/- applies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders with values between ₹1000 and ₹2900. A flat shipping charge of ₹100/- applies for COD orders.

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, and Speedpost to ensure safe and timely delivery of all domestic orders.

• Orders across India are processed within 24 hours.
• Metro cities: Delivered within 2 working days.
• Rest of India: Delivered within 5-7 working days.
• You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery in your local area.

Please Note:

• Customized products are made to order. The delivery time for customized products is 10-15 days across India.

International Shipping

1. Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
2. Customs Duties: Any applicable customs duties or taxes are to be paid by the customer.
3. We use FEDEX for international shipping, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
4. Delivery Time: Typically 7-12 working days.
5. Please note that during extraordinary circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 or severe weather), deliveries may face delays. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time.
